Title: User Authentication with Win XP
Post by: Mat Lewis on June 12, 2002, 07:49:23 PM
I hope I didn't miss the answer while looking through the other posts....

I have a three computer network at home (soon to be 6).  I have no trouble logging on to the domain on my Win2K machines, but the workstation I recently reloaded with WinXP does not want to allow me to logon, even when I have logged on as Administrator and added the profile for my username off of the server.  It's probably staring me right in the face, but I just can't find the answer.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.....

Thanks for all the help everyone!  This was my second cry for help and was answered almost immediately.  E-Smith server is the longest lasting flavor of linux on my "server".  I tried all the others, but will the small footprint, ease of use compared to others, and all the help I've gotten, I am really impressed.  Thanks again........
