Title: Sym-link to CGI-BIN

Here's an interesting one:

I need to create a sym-link to the CGI-BIN for a user who originally had CGI-LOCAL configured on their site.

I created the sym-link, and attempt to access it through the net, it gives a 'permission denied' error in the browser, and  I get this error in the log file:

Symbolic link not all owed

Any suggestions?
