Could someone tell me what's the local administrator default password?

The default password is what you choose after installing and rebooting on the first boot up screen. If this is a clean install and you have forgotten the password then I'd re-install the software, if you have data on this server then you will need to boot in single user mode and change the password that way. (search forums).
