Title: I cannot access server-manager
Post by: wjp79 on January 21, 2010, 05:13:48 PM
Hello people,

After a restore from backup I can't access the server-manager anymore. It gives the  following error:

Code: [Select]
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /server-manager on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

/var/log/httpd-admin/
Code: [Select]
[error] [client 127.0.0.1] [13]Permission denied: acces to /server-manager denied
Does anyone have a clue how to fix this?

(I searched the forums for 2 days now. I still havent  found a solution.)

Tnx in advance.

Wierd Jan

Hi

could you please tell us:
- how did you restore?
- what kind of backup are we talking about? tape? workstation? external usb disk?
- did you restore on a fresh installation?

anyway, please open a bug in bugzilla and post here the reference for future use, thank you
