Title: IMAP/Blackberry

Hello all. Have client that wants me to enable IMAP on the SME box in order for them to get their blackberry email.

Are there any security concerns or issues I should be aware of with this? I'm a big fan of using SME 'locked down.' Will this compromise this at all?

Hi

as a default, SME enables on the wan side only secured services, so no imap but imaps, that runs on different port (993) and is encrypted with ssl

Just configure the Blackberry to use IMAP, SSL and specifiy the ports 993 and 465.
It works fine on my iPhone.
