Your address book will be empty as LDAP is designed as a directory  that you search by giving it part of the address or name that you are looking for.  You cannot search for all the addresses in Outlook and then import the results into the address book because Outlook doesn't allow wildcard searching. This is certainly the case with all previous versions of Oulook and Outlook Express. If you were to use Mozilla mail which comes with the Mozilla web Browser then you will find that the LDAP client on this allows the wildcard * thus allowing you to import all the directory entries in one go into the  address book. It also checks against the directory enties as it does an autocomplete of addresses.
