Title: YUM Error

Hi, I am having this error when I try to rum the update option from the server administrator

Code: [Select]

Error: Missing Dependency: libclamav.so.5 is needed by package dansguardian
Error: Missing Dependency: libclamav.so.5(CLAMAV_PUBLIC) is needed by package dansguardian

I used to have dansgardian running but not any more, and also I couldn't find inside the dansgardian contrib install instructions about how to uninstall it. But right know  my system can not update, as the above error is poping up each time...

Thanks, I will, any way another short solution was to uncheck the packages that throw the error at the update window, then the update process whent fine, now the server is updated and I can try to find a solution for the error.

Many answers are already provided, but you will only see them if you take the time to carefully read the wiki articles, see

Seems to me that dansguardian is still probably installed, and you need to update both dansguardian and clamav at the same time.
