Dear, friends, I couple day ago I installed a fresh SME 7.4 installation on a IBM X3200, this server conatain a internal array controller so I configure it as array 1 by hardware.
The problem is that I forged to install SME server without the array option, this mean I alway in this type of server I install SME with the option sme no raid.
My question is, Exist a possibility to disable this option after the SME server was installed.
Thanks for your advice.

no, AFAIK you can't..
You also don't need to. Software RAID (with a single 'device') works fine over hardware RAID.

Yes, Charlie agree with you, but was my mistake to install SME server with array support, normally when I do SME installation on Servers that support arrray (IBM, HP, DELL) by hardware I just created only one logical array via hardware and install the SME server without the array support option.
Thanks for your advice.

indeed Charlie, but it adds a layer that, IMVHO, is useless.. isn't it?

Useless but harmless.
