Title: SquidGuard Filter Controls shutting off Internet access for 15-20 min on changes

I am using SME 6.0.1-01 (I know, I should move forward, but it still works wonderfully) and SquidGuard.  Over the last couple of weeks I have noticed that whenever I make a change to the Filter Controls (adding something to be blocked, adding something to allow in, or removing an entry) and hit the Submit Data button, access to the Internet is shut off for about 15-20 minutes.  It use to be that access was unavailable for just a few seconds while the changes were made.

Anyone know what might be happening?

probably not a very fast cpu and not much ram and very big blacklists
