You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
The program package-cleanup is found in the yum-utils package.
I tried several things but nothing will help, i tried to add the needed prackage true a rpm but i didn't help.
does somebody have (of had) the same problem and nows a method to solve it?
Thanks, if there is any more info needed just ask (i'm a newbie here :))
thnx a lot!

Thanks.

Pol1987: are you using hw raid on your motherboard? if so, it's a fake raid, don't use it, use SME's sw raid instead

Stefano, please don't try to diagnose problems in the forum - the bug tracker is a much more effective place to do that, and we do not wish to split the effort across two places.
This is a package installation/update problem, and nothing to do with what type of raid is running.
