Title: FTP certain directories (for backup of website)

Just wondering if anyone might know of a way of doing this ?

I need to backup certain directories on my webserver and was wondering if anyone knew of a program or script that was good at doing this.

I need to backup the whole html folder and a couple of files in the cgi-bin, any ideas ?

whay don´t use "Backup or restore" in the server-manager?
