Title: If #61718788 dials in - go to extension 7777
Post by: brick on May 13, 2010, 04:55:53 AM
Hi, this must be simple but how can I have sail do this?
If the number blabla dials in, it goes directly to ext7777.

Thanks,

Hi and thanks for the reply, this is a Digium card, I installed dadhdi and comes in as DAHDI/2.

Still not specific enough... is "number blabla" the Caller ID ???

if so check the SWOC box in the DAHDI trunk and create a "PTT_CLID" trunk based on the Caller ID number. I do that with a Digium TDM400P card (but using Zaptel) to direct certain callers to specific Mailboxes with targeted greetings.
