I get these messages displayed on the console and in the log files, should I be concerned ?
May 20 09:08:42 server kernel: cciss: fifo full
Server is HP ML110 G6 with hardware RAID 1 disks. It's a new server, so just commissioning up and noticed these. Seems OK, so far nothing looks broke.

Are you using the HP Smart Array Controller ? If so then this looks related:

That was it! Many thanks. Did read something about that in the HP docs somewhere but when I installed SME vaguely remember having to manualy select the compaq driver to recognise the RAID controller.
Had to upgrade the kernel (had installed SME v7.4 but still had to run yum update). Seems ot have fixed and installed OK after that and no more messages in log. :-)
