Title: Problems installing Asterisk from souces and Sail from rpms

I am running into a few issues trying to install fresh system from sources as per wikis, refer:

1) Cannot get packages dahdi-linux-complete
wget http://downloads.asterisk.org/pub/telephony/dahdi-linux-complete/dahdi-linux-complete-2.2.1-rc2+2.2.1-rc2.tar.gz +-----------------------------------------------+
[root@sme75b2 src]# wget http://downloads.asterisk.org/pub/telephony/dahdi-linux-complete/dahdi-linux-complete-2.2.1-rc2+2.2.1-rc2.tar.gz

12:38:33 ERROR 404: Not Found.

Note same for dahdi-linux-complete-2.2.1+2.2.1.tar.gz

2) Spelling error about samples, the wikis states:
cd /usr/src/asterisk-1.4.28
./configure
make menuselect
make; make install
make sample

Should be: make samples ?


3) Install SAIL:
Sail will not install as per wikis, you need  to download/install perl-File-ReadBackwards?

wget http://sarkpbx.com/sail/sail-2.4.1/sail-2.4.1-23.noarch.rpm
wget http://sarkpbx.com/sail/sail-2.4.1/perl-File-ReadBackwards-1.04-1.2.el4.rf.noarch.rpm

[root@sme75b2 asterisk-addons-1.4.10]# yum localinstall sail-2.4.1-23.noarch.rpm perl-File-ReadBackwards-1.04-1.2.el4.rf.noarch.rpm --enablerepo=base

There is a new package available:
wget http://downloads.asterisk.org/pub/telephony/dahdi-linux-complete/dahdi-linux-complete-2.3.0+2.3.0.tar.gz
