Title: 'Note' field in port forwarding panel

How hard would it be to insert a 'Note' field in the port forwarding panel?  At some sites I have several ports being forwarded and would like to enter some kind of notation about the destination.

Not to hard, read the SME Server Development Guide, create the patch and attach it to a bug in the bug tracker as a new feature request.
