Could you recommend me some ping utility which can ping interfaces of routers periodically and show me messages in system tray when time of ping response is more than specified meaning or data burst has not achieved object.

I'm not sure that it has anything to do with SME server (which doesn't have a "system tray"). So I'm not sure that it is appropriate for this website.

Not exactly what you are looking for but I run this on my windows task bar all the time, if I have a question I can pop it open and see what is going on. This allows you to ping multiple targets at the same time and graphs the output.
