Title: Click to dial adds a "0"
Post by: portedaix on July 26, 2010, 04:55:28 PM
Hello,

I am trying to setup a click to dial extension with dolibarr CRM. But it adds a "0".

When I click a telephon number, say 04 93 123 465 I first receive a call on the desired softphone extension and I see the correct number 04 93 123 456. When I answer it, it calls as requested hte number but adds a "0", i.e. it dials 004 93 123 456. i see it in the cli. I tried to change the number to 4 93 123 456 and then it works with just a click. Of course, when I use my softphone without click to dial, 04 93 123 456 works fine.

Do you have an idea where to look to correct that ?
Thanks
Olivier

I would check on the click-to-call program. It might process the number before sending it to the pbx.

Indeed  :D I checked the wrapper.php file (I had some help from dolibarr team), and found out that a '0' was added automatically. I uncommented the line, that's it ! It works really fine.
And dolibarr is a fantastic CRM (i tried a few).
Thanks
Olivier

I am using the one provided by dolibarr.
.../dolibarr/htdocs/asterisk/wrapper.php
