after updating to 7.5.1 this weekend i can no longer log in as root via putty or a the server itself, any ideas where to start looking?

can you ping it?

do you get any error at the server console?

i can ping the server, log in to the server-manager add users delete users etc. i just can not log in a root, all else seems fine.
