Title: Detailed Instructions for Brand New Vanilla Install of Asterisk/Sail on SME7.5.1

Could somebody pass to the community and myself detailed instructions for installing asterisk and sail on a brand new / clean install of SME 7.5.1 please.

Want to give a go at installing from stratch a go with minimal risk of failing
