I am looking for a way to implement SME 5.1 in our organisation and am looking for some assistance with a few things:
firstly we have a dialup connection and our main domain "company.com" is hosted externally by a third party, our external host also allows us to have multiple mailboxes stored externally.
All users emails are in the form user@company.com Most users wil be serviced by the SME server, however some users will be roaming, accessing both from the LAN and directly via another dialup.
How do i configure SME so that all users both static & roaming have the single email address user@company.com, without internal users email being routed to our provider, or having to use separate internal & external email addresses for each user. Do i need to set the sme domain to be the same as our external domain?, or use virtual domains?
My second question is how do i have all emails both arriving & being sent for certain users to be automatically copied to another account?
Please let me know if there is an easy way to accomplish this or have i mis-understood things.
Thakyou all in advance.
