I have just installed Asterisk and FreePBX

When trying to install an extension via the FreePBX console, I get

Quote

FATAL ERROR

SELECT custom_exten, description FROM custom_extensions WHERE custom_exten in ('206') [nativecode=1146 ** Table 'freepbxdb.custom_extensions' doesn't exist]SQL -

How do I resolve this?

I found the following on the web but am not sure how to do this
