Title: G729 codec

Hi All

Is there any point in loading the G 729 Codec from Asterisk on to my sail box ?there is a $ to the codec from Asterisk.I see there is a G729 option in my sail controle panel.

G729 should only be used if you have low bandwdith up to your SIP/IAX carrier.   Otherwise use G711.
