I need to create and share folder/ibay for users that not created in smeserver, they have to access in read mode. I try with an ibay but was not posible to me get it work, there is a way to doit?

Create an ibay that the users can access, then create a link in it to the "non ibay" folder that you want them to access. You'll have to get the permissions right. i use this to allow ibay access to an "extra" internal Hard Drive for one of my systems.

I assumed that the folder/ibay was not created in SME, hadn't occurred to me that he/she might mean the users!!

I strongly suggest you do some searching before asking questions.
Honestly, from the moment I clicked on the Search link at the top of Forum, then typed in my search criteria of
guest access to ibay
and then viewed the very first search result, it took 15 seconds.
The result was an answer that appears usable.
There were many more answers too if you take the time to read them.

There is the Everyone permission in the ibay setup panel,, but that means everyone who is an sme user AFAIK.
To get what you want you will need to modfy settings using the command line.
