Title: time management software
Post by: hawk on October 25, 2010, 12:52:05 PM
Hi guys

Do any of you have any idea about a nice simple open source time mangement program i can load onto SME.

What i am looking for is a tracking/job card/time management system/ticket i can use that is web based and accessable from outside, so when there is a service call a job can be started and then when finished it can be closed, then an email must be sent so billing can be done at a latter stage.

Many thanks in advance
John

AceProject and 5Pm might be able to cater your needs for time management software. They are both web-based which can be your central location for project and task management, team collaboration, time tracking, reporting and more. You can fill out your time sheet online and generate reports of them.

It can help you collaborate, communicate, work together & get projects done as a team. Get email notifications and task reminders, among others. You may also find many other options here: http://www.timedoctor.com/blog/2011/02/02/43-project-management-software-alternatives

There's freshbooks, which is also a good project management tool with an effective billing functionality.
