Title: Modem Dial up to ISP

Is there a way to set your e-smith server up to manually dial up after disconnection?  Or to wait 10 minutes before dialing again?  and to limit attempts to only 3 before manual intervention is required?

 /etc/diald.conf
 /etc/diald.filter

and man diald (if you have man)
