Title: No global address book, can't connect to LDAP

I don't get any Global Address Book in Horde that looks up the LDAP. SME 7.5.1 new install.

I have looked but can't see any setting to disable this. Have also installed phpldapadmin contrib and it can't access the LDAP.

so, why don't you raise a bug instead of writing here without any kind of error message/log? :-)
