Title: Simple call divert
Post by: portedaix on November 19, 2010, 09:16:19 AM
Hello,

I am trying to divert all incoming calls to my mobile phone, when I leave my office. I wen through all keypads operation, but could not find it. It is possible to divert calls to an extension, but did not find how to do it to a external number, i.e. my mobile phone. I must be missing something...

Thanks for your help
Olivier

Setup a new call group with your mobile number as the ONLY number in that group, then change the incoming calls for that trunk from operator to the new call group.

I don't think there is any need to change the incoming calls from Operator (or whatever they are set to) to the new call group (otherwise all incoming calls will go to his mobile), just follow the call divert procedure and use the new call group number instead of an extension number.
