Title: Cleaning of .AppleDouble

hi! i want to ask how can i clean the .AppleDouble before i transfer to my Network Attached Storage. i hope anyone can help me about this my problem, im Using SME Server 7.5 :-( :-( :-(.. THANK YOU...

It seems that this is some Apple quircky solution: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AppleSingle_and_AppleDouble_formats

Couldn't you just exclude that folder when copying or remove it on the destination after copying?

i try to delete.. but it so many folder to transfer and i need to click one by one.. i need a commandline or procedure to do on how i can transfer faster than to delete one by one on every folder or file i open..  :-( i hope you help me about this... THANK YOU for reply...

Have a look at the find command, documentation can be found using:

man findMost likely it would be something like this IIRC:

find -type f -iname *AppleDouble -exec {rm -f} \;

What do you mean with nothing happened? The command does not show anything but should delete items in the current directory and it's sub directories.
