In SME8b6 / SAIL 3.1-86 - Cannot create a Spa3xxx trunk.
We get the error: No KEY Entered

Hello Apmutha

This is a known issue (there are several other references to this in the forum).  The spa 3x devices are not currently supported in V3, even though the device entries are present in the database (they are merely place markers).  In order to use one of these devices specify a device type of generalSIP and provision it manually.

We will get 'round to fixing it in the fairly near term.

Hi SARK devs

Has this issue been corrected at this time?

If not, can you give step by step instructions on how to set this up please?

It's pretty good as a guide but its a bit confused in some areas.  Another part of the problem is that these devices do require different setup for different Telco line settings. Funnily enough, I just set up a demo 3102 today for a SARK ITSP in Spain.  While it's fresh in my mind,  I'll revisit the original notes we did for the old Sipura spa-3000.  It really hasn't changed and most, if not all, of the rules still apply.
