Title: Upgrade to SAIL 3.10-97 still shows 96

Just did an upgrade from SAIL v3.1.0-96 to 97 and after a reboot and global commit, the home page still shows the version as 3.1.0-96.

Hello apmutha

The version is stamped by the rpm so it shouldn't, in theory, vary from the rpm release.  Can you tell me what you get from the following command

cat /opt/sark/db/.sail-release

A re-install of v3.1.0-97 now shows it correctly!
