Hi
I am trying to set up an AEX800 card with 1 S400M and 1 X400M Module.
I have gone to the pci cards section and run the generator which gives me this output.
pci:0000:02:08.0 wctdm24xxp- d161:8002 Wildcard AEX800
I have the added
language=en-gb
#include dahdi-channels.conf
to chan_dahdi.conf as per the instructions and rebooted.
Upon reboot I see these error messages
Loading DAHDI hardware modules:
FATAL: Module dahdi not found.

can someone point me in the right direction to correct these issues?
Thanks

I have fixed these issues by rebuilding the server on differnt hardware, The modules are now all loading.
Now all I need to figure out is how to configure the card correctly.
Cheers

SARK uses Digium's dahdi_genconf routine to configure any cards. If genconf recognises it then it should just work. If it doesn't then you may have to configure it manually

Hi
I have tracked down when my issues start. I have done a complete reinstall of the server from the iso and the modules were all loaded. However I have now run the updates that were available for the server and the modules are not loading. I believe this is doi eto a new kernal being installed. Is there a simple way to get this all working again?
Also. If the card is configured correctly should I see extensions loaded fro the port on the card?
Thanks
Tony

If you run SME server updates and it installs a new kernel then it will break dahdi (for an explanation of why and how to fix - see here http://sarkpbx.com/twiki/bin/view/Main/AsteriskDahdi).
Yes, it should build extensions but we have not done so on one of those cards, simply becase we never see them in the field. Please fix the Dahdi issue and then we can help you with extension generation.

Hi all,
just stumbled over this post as we have the same issue, done upgrades, and it went pear shaped. Tried to follow the link suggested for the Kernel fix, but the page is not there... where else should I look??
Thanks
