I have searched, in vain, for a description of the Mailing List Options in SME Server 5.1.2. Unfortunatley I have not been able to track anything down. I realize much of the configuration is straight forward but would still like some doco on the whole mailing creation process.
At the moment I would like to set up a mailing list which is "announce" only and has no reply facility, either moderated or not.
Anyone know any good E-Smith mailing list doco ?
Thanks in advance
Rob

Graham,
Any chance of a mini-howto on installing Mojo on SME 5.1.2?

I am trying to install Mojo, but cannot get past the error message:
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>..
Mojo Mail 2.6.8 error, please MAKE SURE that '/usr/mojo/mojo_lists_dir' is a directory (NOT a file) and that Mojo Mail has enough permissions to write into this directory: No such file or directory at /MOJO/Guts.pm line 658.
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
I HAVE MADE SURE that the mentioned dir IS a dir, and also that the whole hierarchy has 777 as its permissions.
I've even SU's to the relevant login and created files in it!
Anyone any other ideas?
cheers
Brian

and the problem was the lack of a trailing '/' on the directory!

Just found this........

I haven't read it right through but I did note that they put it in /home/e-smith/files/primary, I can confirm that it works fine in a 'normal' ibay.
