Hi, does anyone know of any company in the UK (or distance learning anywhere) that covers medium/advanced sme administration ?
I have pretty good linux skills built up over the years, but the whole e-smith and templates thing is confusing (my background is ubuntu).
Example, I wanted to change the stuff dhcpd announces, but there are 12 dhcpd.conf's, and some training on administering sme soecifically would be very useful.
Thanks all,
David

you could start reading the developer (http://wiki.contribs.org/SME_Server:Documentation:Developers_Manual) manual
this should help you to understand how SME works

Of course, I understand that. However, the nature of my job is that I'm developing three things at once, supporting the phone system and half a dozen disparate servers; basically running around like an idiot.
Dedicating some "concentration time" in this environment is difficult, and getting off-site to focus purely on training is a Good Thing (TM).
