Hi S
Has Sail a hidden registration feature?
Just had a email failure report that has never come up before and hope it is not a breach of some sort.
<registrations@aelintra.com>: 216.146.33.2 does not like recipient. Remote host said: 550 5.1.1 <registrations@aelintra.com>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table Giving up on 216.146.33.2.

Is this a recent install?
-
No been at this level for awhile. But this is the 1st time that the email failure has been seen.
Would I be right in saying it is not part of the original code?
-
The 2.x code did send a signal home which we used to count the number of installs. It should only run once when you install the software. It then sets a flag and shouldn't ever run again. The email address that it sent home to doesn't exist any more so you would get an email bounce on a fresh install.
No idea why you would get it on an old install tho'
Incidentally, 3.x doesn't send anything.
Kind Regards

Thanks Jeff
Sounds like just a throw back but at least it explains the rejection was valid. I was concerned of a possible hacking.
