Take a deep breath first, then please could you open a bug ticket (http://bugs.contribs.org/) as you may have a potential bug, please when opening a bug give as much details as possible, for example you say Outlook, OE or thunderbird won't work, what error message did you see to make you think that?

If your ISP offers SMTP, you might consider shutting off the SME server's transparent SMTP proxy in the server manager and reconfiguring your workstation email clients to use the ISP's SMTP server until you figure out what happened to your SME box.

Msmith i tried it too of course, the fact is i'm blacklisted by my ISP , they finalli admit it.
thanx everybody

I suggest you also try to find out why you are blacklisted, so you can take measures to prevent that in the future. Most providers do blacklist for a reason.
-
I don't understand how an ISP blacklist would prevent Outlook or Thunderbird on your LAN from being able connect to your SME server's SMTP server...
-
Well the answer to your question is very simple. The sme server is on public ip ( optic fiber), and the network where computer are connected are on a simple Adsl line
