Title: How to block Utorrent & download managers behind SME Server 7.4

Hi

I am using Sme Server 7.4 with Dansgaurdian with great success and only managing lists to handle users.
Downloading is blocked for all users but It is in notice that some users has Utorrent or any other download manager in their laptop and from these software they can download anything.
Please guide me how to block this leaking to avoid unnecessary download and save bandwidth.
