Title: Create New COS entry - 2x 'Defaultopen'-field

SAIL-3.1.0-109

On creation of a new COS entry, you have 2x 'Defaultopen'.  It should be 1x 'Defaultopen' and 1x 'Overide'.

On modify it's ok;
