on one of the servers I have set two domains
and I want to use recommended sistem of user creation
for example dom1xxxx users for first domain and dom2xxxx for second
and then create alternate pseudonyms
for ex
office@dom1.net > dom1abcd
office@dom2.net > dom2dabc
or
jon.doe@dom1.net > dom1acdb
jon.doe@dom2.net > dom2dacb
....
for this the default pseudonyms creation from Name surname... is not more useful
which template is responsible for that?

The last time this question was asked the solution was not found... but I can't find that thread.
I did find this note about webmail behavior when using pseudonyms like this:
http://forums.contribs.org/index.php/topic,33943.msg145649.html#msg145649
I *think* the default pseudonyms are created in /etc/e-smith/web/functions/pseudonyms.
you could use lat-pseudonyms to create the pseudonyms you want, or you could write a script that creates them.
I also found this bug that my interest you:
http://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3625
From the results of this search in bugzilla:
