Any chance we can have a sticky announcement with details of the various major packages ? I'm trying to find out which version of MySQL and PHP, Apache, CUPS etc. (although CUPS is probably not in the base system), that way I can see what is in it, and what contribs I may need to verify/test before running with a Beta.

I think when you type this on your machine:
yum list updates
you will be able to see what will be updated on your machine and you can then decide which functionality you need to test.
IMHO a sticky post will always be out-dated.

The thing is I don't have enough hardware (I only have one test box) that I can spare to update from my 7.5.1 I use for other things, and am not sure whether I want to go down that path just yet. I have a client with a Win7 box that could do with putting into his domain, and I have just found the SME Version 7.x patch that will let me join the Win7 box to the Domain (from Sernet). That will probably squeeze some more time out of my client's production servers as some are running Zarafa and this has some patches at this stage which make me nervous to upgrade just yet. And at this stage, running yum list updates won't show the version 8 ones.
