Title: moving /boot directory
Post by: Tom Belcher on July 08, 2002, 12:56:36 AM
When I installed 5.1.2 on a machine with 2 scsi hard drives /boot got put on one drive and everything else got put on the other.  I want to move the /boot directory off the other hard drive so I can remove it and do a raid 1. Can I just copy the /boot directory to the other drive and edit lilo and /etc/fstab to point to the new /boot location.  I don't want to spend a week putting things back together and I was just wondering if I was missing something.
