Title: backup to tape fails on a new install 8beta6 - ignore this, it works!

The tape backup worked, I had allocated the tape drive to the wrong virtual machine; it would have been better if the error message indicated that /dev/nst0 was not found, rather than a generic 256 return code/ error message.
