Title: Acess to server!

I have problem I have made all posible acess to server but I cant acess non server-manager, non user-manager, non user-paswerd from anather computer VIA internet
Chak it out what it write.  http://www.bastejstp.lv/user-manager

What could be the problem, may be this manager is using some like domein like secure.bastejstp.lv ?

Please help I got out of ideas what coud be the problem!

maybe you could try using https instead of http:

https://www.bastejstp.lv/user-manager
https://www.bastejstp.lv/server-manager

..etc..
