Hi,
I think I have done sh**t after change HDPARM parameters...
I have installed SME512 and patched it with everything! Installed a couple more or blades and everything is working for 10 days... so last saturday I learned about hdparm and after test I discovered my hdd was SLOOOOW. So I changed a few parameters on hdparm. Got really faster... but today SME was rebooted (power failure!) and refuse to go back online:
INIT: can´t open (/etc/ioctl.save; O_WRONGLY) No such file or directory
I´m almost sure this is my fault (mea culpa) and related to hdparm parameters... but how I can solve this?
The only thing I thought I could to do was boot from RH 7.3 CD and in rescue mode reset hdparm to defaults or better: disable it!
Could please someone help me?
Thanks!
Jáder

Use the recovery disk you created during install.
