What exactly were you doing when you saw that error message? What exactly did you do immediately before seeing that message, and where did you see that message?

I went directly to the server-manager, backup and restore, selective restore from local. When I clicked proceed the error came.

Did you find a solution for this or open a bug? I am having the same problem on a server running 7.5.1.
