Title: not able to send or receive mails from smeserver

I have been using smeserver as a mail server for over a year now.  Since yesterday I am not able to send or receive mails. 

all outgoing mails are in the queue and the qmail log shows

Connected_to_aa.bb.cc.dd_but_greeting_failed./Remote_host_said:_421_Server_busy,_closing_transmission_channel._Try_again_later/



I am also not able to receive mails.  the qpsmtpd log shows entries similar to following entries

getting mail from <info@xxx.com>

Any pointer to what i should be looking for to sort this issue.  Any help would be appreciated as this is a production server and communication is come to a standstill.

This is a problem at the remote server aa.bb.cc.dd. Only the admin of that machine could tell you more.

The issue was caused by udp flooding on the local network. Once we identified the 2 machines causing this and isolated them from the network,    we were able to send and receive mails from the sme server.
