Title: Voicemail control on 3.1

Hi Jeff
We are using ext 200 as a fax and it has just started going to voicemail which does not help the sending end.

exten => 200,n,Voicemail(200,su)Removed the above line from the extensions.conf file in the extensions section and it works. Is there a way to remove this from the db so it does not automatically regenerate it?

Hi

set the "Deliver Vmail to" box to None in the extension edit panel.   That should do it.

Thanks. That seems to have corrected it. Would an update have changed the setting? It has been in service for so long I can not remember what it was.

It shouldn't have

The database isn't replaced on an install unless it isn't present (new install).

No reasonable long term settings but appeared to have stopped faxes about 2 weeks ago. All good now.
Just for Info
We are still using the instructions for IAXmodem (http://wiki.contribs.org/IAXModem_with_Sail_and_HylaFax) with a couple of adjustments for the replacement to the old selintra db on Sail3.1.0-145 and asterisk18-1.8.7.0-2.
