Title: SME Server USB installer

Apart from  THIS (http://wiki.contribs.org/InstallationFromUSBstick)  has anyone created a SME server USB install using any of the utilities as used at http://www.pendrivelinux.com/.

Yes, I have used that tool with great success.  Also, this has worked just as well:

http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey

Thank you, just what I was after, am setting up a HP Microserver L40N, no CD drive, would pefer to do it from USB rather than use my USB CD drive.
