I'm trying to install the denyhosts contrib on an SME 7.5.1 machine. Keep coming up with this error:
[root@huntmaster ~]# yum install smeserver-denyhosts --enablerepo=smecontribs

The repos have recently changed due to Centos4.x EOL and require user intervention, for fix see

Thanks Mary. I missed that, and must have been searching with the wrong terms, since it didn't come up when I searched.

Hmm. Just ran the command, but I'm getting another error now:
[root@huntmaster ~]# yum --disablerepo=base --disablerepo=updates update
Loading "protect-packages" plugin
Loading "smeserver" plugin
Loading "fastestmirror" plugin
Loading "installonlyn" plugin
Setting up Update Process

Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
Reading repository metadata in from local files
No Packages marked for Update/Obsoletion
Any ideas on that one?

Thanks again. It worked, eventually. Oddly enough, out of the 9 SME servers I look after at the moment, only 2 had problems (both on the same network, one gateway, one file server).
:) I'll have to find time to visit the forum more often - missed the original announcement completely.
