Title: PHP Write Permissions

During some testing of ibay settings I’ve noticed that if you change the “User access via file sharing or user ftp” setting from “Write = admin, Read = Group” to “Write = Group, Read = Group” this allows PHP to be able to write files.

Should this be happening?
