Title: Disable Horde Global

Is there a way to disable horde ( webmail ) Globally
something like :

config setprop horde HTTPS off
config setprop horde PublicAccess local
expand-template /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
svc -h /service/httpd-e-smith

I submit these lines at server console but still I see horde ( webmail ) Globally

because I'm using Groupoffice global and I don't wanna see horde ( webmail ) just local

Goto server-manager and click on the E-mail link in the navigation bar, from there "Change e-mail settings" and toggle the option "Webmail access" to disabled in the drop down menu.
